Shipping conditions

SHIPPING:

After confirming your order, you will receive an email regarding shipping with the tracking number of your package within 2 to 5 business days .
The shipping costs include packaging and shipping.

Orders are shipped Tuesday to Friday.


Pacha cannot be held responsible for delays or postal strikes.
We also ask you to ensure that your mailbox is secure and that Pacha cannot be held liable on your behalf if your order is not received for standard delivery (letter followed or Colissimo without signature).
When you confirm your order, you confirm the address provided. In the event of an addressing error, your package will be returned to us and the order will be refunded. (Initial shipping costs are non-refundable).

Have you placed multiple orders on the same day?

Send us a message at bonjour@monpacha.com to combine your orders and receive a refund of double shipping costs.
It may happen that one of your orders is already in preparation and a combination of them is unfortunately no longer possible.
Your orders will be shipped Tuesday to Friday. In exceptional cases (e.g. sales, collection release, etc.) it may take a little longer.

 

Orders are sent via the post office depending on the thickness of your shipment.
Your package will be placed in your mailbox by the postman.
