1. Your statutory right to cancel (14 days)

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You can cancel without giving any reason.

Important: During the cancellation period you may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. The goods may be unwrapped and examined to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, without losing your right to cancel. You will only be liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

How to cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must send a clear statement of your decision to cancel (e.g. by post or email) to:

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

Goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate the cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

2. Your statutory rights to refund (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods are faulty, you have:

  • Within 30 days of delivery — short-term right to reject for a full refund
  • Within 6 months — right to repair or replacement (and refund if those fail)
  • After 6 months and up to 6 years — right to repair, replacement, or refund (with the burden of proof shifting to the consumer)

3. Voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee from receipt of your order:

  • If you are not satisfied with Pacha, we will refund the purchase price.
  • For a first order, you do not need to return the first bag — you keep it.
  • For multi-bag orders, you keep the first bag. Any additional unopened bags must be returned for a full refund.
  • Geographic scope: United Kingdom.
  • Guarantor: Emporia SASU, 4 rue de la République, 69001 Lyon, France.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This voluntary guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which remain fully applicable.

6. Refund timing

Once your request (and any returned bags, where applicable) is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.
