Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Therefore, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases only partial refunds will be given: (if applicable)
*Books show clear signs of wear
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or records that have been opened.
*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for any reason other than our error.
*Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Unfortunately, these are not sales or promotional items.

Exchange (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace your item with the same item, email us at thomas.helpu@gmail.com and send your item to: 4 rue de la République, Lyon, 69001, France.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of passing it on to you later, they will be the one who will transfer the refund and they will therefore know that you are their gift have returned.
Shipment
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 4 rue de la République, Lyon, 69001, France.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time to receive your exchanged product.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 EUR, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
